The need for safer and more accessible transit through the salinas, both for the restoration work and production as to turn the valley into a tourist area, has forced the repair of main roads and paths with improved pavement, new gateways have been opened for surface waterways and side-protection elements were installed.

The main route for restoration works are those watercourses that go across the valley, as they are the only ones that allow access into the machinery of the salina for transporting restoration materials.
