This Commission has negotiated and agreed this Equality Plan both from the legal framework and from the commitment of the team that integrates it. <\/p><p>The joint involvement of the Foundation&#8217;s management and staff throughout the process has ensured that the Equality Plan is an effective instrument for promoting a good working environment and improving the quality of life
