Terms and conditions of purchase

CONDITIONS OF USE OF THE ONLINE STORE

To make a purchase in the online store of the Añana Salt Valley (hereinafter “Online Store”), the User can do so without or with prior registration, by creating a “User Account”.

Likewise, when using the Online Store, the User must take into account the following information.

Purchasing process in the online store

Step 1. There’s a product catalog listing all available items. The online store can be accessed from the “Online Store” button or from the “Online Store” menu.

By accessing the Online Store, the User will be able to view the different items available in the Online Store. By hovering the mouse over the name or image of the item, the User will be able to obtain detailed information about it.

Step 2. Once an item has been selected, and, if applicable, the desired quantity, the User must click the “Add” option for each product. A window, “Your Purchase,” will automatically open in the upper right corner of the screen, where the User can view the list of products selected up to that point. The User will have the option at any time to modify the number of units, delete the selected product by reducing the number of units to 0, and even delete all products from the order by clicking the “Empty” button. The User can continue adding items to the order by clicking the “Add” button for each product.

The User will be able to see at any time in the “Your Purchase” window the quantity of items in the order and the accumulated amount of the current order.

Step 3. Once the User has finished selecting the items they wish to purchase, they can proceed to place their order by clicking the “Place Your Order” button in the “Your Purchase” window.

The User can then place the order as a guest, or register and place the order, accepting the Vallesalado.com Data Protection Policy.

Step 4. If the User is not registered, they will need to fill in their billing information, shipping information, and payment method.

The User must be aware that the Online Store only accepts payment by credit card. To enter their bank details, they must click the “Place your order” button. This process will be carried out through a payment gateway with a bank, in a secure environment. The data provided will be recorded in FVS’s files even if the payment is not completed.

The transfer of ownership of the purchased goods will take place upon delivery of the order to the address indicated by the User on the corresponding form.

Step 5. Upon completion of the process, a screen will appear with the order details. The User can print the order by clicking the “Print” button. In any case, the User will receive a confirmation of the order at the email address they provided.

Relevant information about the online store

1. Delivery conditions

The Online Store strives to provide the best possible service to all its Users and customers. Shipping can be made to any location in Spain.

Warehouse exit time

The maximum delivery time from the warehouse is 72 hours (provided the item is in stock), unless the order is placed on a Friday, in which case, the order will leave the warehouse the following Monday.

Delivery time

Once the order is transferred to the shipping company, they will attempt to deliver it to the User as quickly as possible, but FVS cannot confirm the exact delivery time as it will depend on the delivery conditions.

2. Prices

The prices of the products that can be purchased in the online store and that are displayed on Vallesalado.com include Value Added Tax (“VAT”), except for tickets, which are exempt.

3. Shipping costs

Shipments will be made through a shipping company other than FVS, and shipping costs will be governed by their current rates. The shipping costs will be communicated in the order confirmation email and will be fully borne by the User.

If the order amount exceeds 100 euros (excluding VAT), the user does not have to pay shipping costs.

4. Return of items

In the event of an error or if any of the delivered items are defective, the User who chooses to replace the item will have 7 calendar days from receipt of the order to notify FVS of these circumstances. In such cases, the User may request cancellation by calling 945351413.

The items in question must be sent to the address listed in section 1 of these General Conditions.

FVS will only reimburse the User for the costs of the return when the return is due to an error attributable to FVS or when the product is defective.

In the case of tickets, unless due to an error attributable to FVS, the amount will not be refunded, but the User will be given the option to exchange them for others for another time or date.

Cancellation of an order

The User may cancel an order already placed, at no additional charge, as long as it has not reached the shipping stage. In such cases, the User may request cancellation by calling 945351413.

Acceptance of the General and Specific Conditions

The completion and submission of the purchase order implies the User’s full and unreserved acceptance of each and every one of the corresponding General and Specific Conditions.
