Located opposite the salt pans of the Valle Salado, Palacio de Añana occupies a restored historic building that houses a restaurant, café and six guest rooms.
The restaurant, run by Jokin Loma and Belén Sandrín, offers seasonal cuisine connected to the region, in which Añana Salt plays a central role. The experience begins with a guided tour of the Valle Salado de Añana, where you will discover more than 7,500 years of history and the traditional process used to produce the best salt in the world. Afterwards, the experience continues at Palacio de Añana, where you can choose between two options:

Purchasing the experience does not automatically reserve the services. The customer must book the Valle Salado tour separately by calling 945 35 11 11 and the Palacio de Añana services by calling 945 06 10 92. The experience expires one year after the date of purchase.
